I was going to finish the page for this week’s prompt and post it all today but I’ve spent 8 hours (yes, 8!) trying to sort out software that used to let me do things and now it doesn’t. The company is basically saying it was a ‘bug’ and that I have to pay to use those features that I’ve been using happily ever since I bought the software.

In the UK we call that ‘ninja marketing’.

I’m not happy as it’s totally messed up producing videos in MPEG4 HD like I usually do and it will be up to 48 hours before they come back to me about it. At least it doesn’t affect recording the class, so I can go ahead and do that while I wait.
